Ok. This was my first read by JD Hollyfield and let me tell you- I have been missing out!! Why did no one tell me how great she is??
Life As We Know It was good for so many reasons. First of all, it is so damn funny!!! I almost fell off the bed at one point laughing so hard. There are so many hysterical parts in this book, I can’t even count or tell you about them all. Overall, it is just funny and witty. And the characters are fantastic. Penelope is just amazing- she’s hysterical. She’s a mess at times but she’s smart and funny and just great. And Sam. Oh Sam. God, he’s hot. Everything about him is swoon worthy- his looks, his heart, his personality. These 2 go back and forth a bit. Penelope can be a little volatile- but he deals with her and they are great together. And Patti is great as Penelope’s best friend.
Life As We Know it is entertaining and fun, with lots of romance and steam, and some suspense and who done it as well. If you want to laugh and smile as you read, you need to one click. And I will be clicking the rest of JD’s books.
