Virginia’s 4 Star Review
This was my first time reading a Staci Hart book and it did not disappoint. This book is different than others I have read in that there is a role the Greek Gods play in it. Aphrodite and Apollo interfere in the lives of the present-day characters, Lex and Dean. We have 2 stories going on here really- that of the gods and that of Lex and Dean, but they do cross over.
Paper Fools is sexy, romantic, clever and well written. I liked the fact that it is unique and creative. A lot of stories can be the same these days but this one is refreshing and different which keeps you interested. The main characters are fantastic and you will absolutely love them. There is the inclusion of a lot of side characters in the book as well and all are well developed and added to the story.
Who will win the game? Aphrodite or Apollo? Will Lex and Dean end up together or not?

Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life: a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can’t forget that. She’s also been a mom, with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She’s been a wife, even though she’s certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook. She’s also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she’s been drinking whiskey. Her favorite word starts with f and ends with k.
