Guess who? Read through our Q & A’s. Make your guess to who you think our secret elf is today. You can put your answer in the RaffleCopter attached below. There may even be a prize in it for you! Good Luck!
1. What are you doing for Christmas this year?
We’ll have family visiting for the week. Most of the time will be spent with our extended family, my husband and four little kids.
2. What would you buy us as a cool present?!
The iPaid Air. And a lifetime supply of Kindle gift cards. You know….if money grew on trees J
3. What would you like to find in your Christmas stocking?
Lots of shiny diamonds would fit nicely into a stocking. The new Kindle Fire HDX would be nice, too.
4. What’s your favorite Christmas memory?
My family always used to go skiing for Christmas. We spent years on the slopes in the Rocky Mountains or at various ski resorts in Michigan when we lived there when I was younger. I loved opening presents and then spending the day skiing.
5. What’s your favorite festive song or carol?
When my daughter was a baby, she was pretty fussy. The only song that would help her go to sleep was me singing Silent Night, rocking her in a chair, over and over and over and over….you get the idea J Now that she’s a bit older (and a bit more sassy) I wish I could just hold her and sing that song to her for hours all over again.
6.. In a Christmas fantasy land – who would be the famous figures, past and present, at your dinner table and why?
I don’t have any huge famous idols or people I look up to. But if you could fill my table with a bunch of shirtless men with washboard abs, sitting around my dinner table….that’d be kind of nice.
7. Again, in fantasy land or in reality – who would you like to grab under the mistletoe?
My husband. I can’t imagine there being a better kisser in the world than him.
8. What would your perfect Christmas look like and would there be snow?!
I’d like a day without my kids fighting over toys J Really….a day without fighting. Where we could all play all day and someone else would clean up the messes and do the cooking, that’d be prefect. And yes – Christmas MUST have snow.
9. What have been the highlights for you from 2013?
I published my first book. Something I’ve always wanted to do and never had the guts or time to do. Everything that has followed since pushing that publish button for the first time has surpassed any dreams I could have ever had.
10. Any New Year’s resolutions?
Nope. I quit making them years ago when, by the time February came along, I kept forgetting what they were in the first place.
11. What is 2014 going to look like for you?
Busy, as always, probably. I hope to release four books. My first will come out in January. A New Adult Romance which I’m excited about, and I’m working on a three book series as well. Personally, probably more of the insanity that I live everyday….lots of kids, lots of noise, lots of fighting, lots of fun.
