Guess who? Read through our Q & A’s. Make your guess to who you think our secret elf is today. You can put your answer in the RaffleCopter attached below. There may even be a prize in it for you! Good Luck!
1. What are you doing for Christmas this year?
Spending the day with my family. Getting up early to watch my 3 year old daughter open presents. It’s the first year where she finally understands presents and Santa, so I’m super stoked! We’ll then go over to my family’s house and exchange gifts and eat lunch. It’s great to see my nieces and nephews and my sisters.
2. What would you buy us as a cool present?!
I don’t know what qualifies as cool, but I try to get personalized gifts for my parents (grandparents to my kids) with pictures or engraving.
3. What would you like to find in your Christmas stocking?
I cheat and do my own shopping since my birthday is 10 days away from Christmas. My husband lets me pick everything out as long as I give him credit 😉
4. What’s your favorite Christmas memory?
I wanna say every Christmas is my favorite memory. Being with my family was always perfect for me.
5. What’s your favorite festive song or carol?
All I want for Christmas is my favorite song!
6.. In a Christmas fantasy land – who would be the famous figures, past and present, at your dinner table and why?
Mary Higgins Clark – she’s the first author I really got into when I was a teenager. I loved the mystery and she captured me throughout the whole book. I’d love to get inside her head.
Marilyn Monroe – There is just so much I’d want to know about her life!
7. Again, in fantasy land or in reality – who would you like to grab under the mistletoe?
Jax from Beautiful Broken Rules!!
8. What would your perfect Christmas look like and would there be snow?!
I love snow on Christmas! I’d be at Disney World with snow! 🙂
9. What have been the highlights for you from 2013?
Sooo many!! This is my first year as a published author and I can’t even tell you how grateful and blessed I am . Making the top 100 on Amazon and B&N are definitely highlights for me.
10. Any New Year’s resolutions?
To remember to live life and slow down. This has been a very busy year for me, professionally and personally. My husband has been battling since his accident in 2011 and so making time for family is important, remembering that family comes first.
11. What is 2014 going to look like for you?
I hope many, many good and positive things! My husband’s lawsuit from his accident will be over, I have 8, maybe 9 signings. I can’t wait to meet other authors, bloggers, and all the fans. I’m really super excited to see what new adventures are in store!
