A Symbols of Love Novel
Lily is in paradise for pleasure. There she doesn’t have a past. Doesn’t have pain, her secrets don’t haunt her and she can be anyone she wants. Harry is there for business. He is intoxicatingly handsome, rich and also the biggest jerk she has ever met. So, it is inconvenient that sparks fly every time their eyes meet. Indulging in an affair wasn’t on her agenda. But fate isn’t a mistress to their intentions; And what starts as a strike of lightening on a moonlit beach ignites a fire between them. Meeting again in the unlikeliest of circumstances fells written in the heavens. And she will need the courage of the gods to tell him the truth. They say the truth will set you free…but what it it destroys you first.
I loved this book and think it is one that everyone should read. I can’t find anything about it that wouldn’t appeal to the masses. From the prologue alone your sucked so into this book that you don’t ever want to close it. You also get a hard look at Lily’s personality. Lily and Harry are total opposites. He is honest about everything and she tells lies constantly. So much to the point that you just want to grab her and shake her and tell her to stop. However when you have lived your life full off lies it is not so easy to stop and one wrong word out of your mouth could destroy you. You will understand why Lily is the way Lily is from reading the book and even though I wanted to choke her a time or three you will still fall in love with these characters whose vacation fling turns into so much more than either on one of them can imagine.
