This is the first book in this series. There will be more books with interconnected characters. This one is the story of Crispen and Tinsley. It took me forever and I do mean forever to get into this book. I kept picking it up and laying it back down. I just could not for the life of me like for one little second Crispen. These kids in this private school are just simply the worst. Their parents have money which in turn makes them think they have all this money and entitlement and man oh man the crowd in Wildwood don’t have brains for themselves I left like it was follow the leader and Crispen was that leader. He just wasn’t a character that I ever came to care for. Maybe it was the whole he is a huge bully thing, or maybe it was the whiplash I kept getting as he was awful to her at school but if they had a minute to themselves he was a totally different person to her. As for Tinsley I liked her. It takes forever to find out what this scandal was that destoryed her carreer but really if you read the epilogue you have a pretty good idea of what has happened. And for Tinsley part she has this huge crush on Crispen and hates him the next second. It was a hard book for me just to get into. Maybe if you love love love bully romances you will jump right into it and feel differnet than I did. I have still not put my finger on it a hundred percent as to what my problem was, but this book just didn’t do it for me.
