 I lay there and just watch him sleep for a while. He’s beautiful. He looks younger when he is asleep. His beard scruff has grown. I sigh. I reach over with my right hand and lightly move his hair back from his forehead. He sighs in his sleep and has an ever so slight smile on his lips. I think I am falling for this beautiful man. But, how can I be? This is so fast but I can’t help the way I feel, how fast my heart is beating. He is my Savior Forever!

This is a sweet book.  Yes, there is content that is graphic, but the outcome of those graphic scenes is very sweet.  Jesse is like a white knight for Cassie.  She’s had bad luck most of her life.  She suddenly finds herself kidnapped and her virginity taken by a couple of men who’ve decided she’s worth raping over, and over again.  She’s sure to be left there to be killed.  

When Jesse shows up in the story I was trying to figure out what his angle would be.  Why would he risk his life to save this woman…one he doesn’t know.  He was her white knight.  He rescued her and took her to a safe place.  These two have a world win relationship.  Lots of ups and downs.  I really enjoyed this book, even with the hard to read scenes the author made it much lighter the rest of the way through the book.  Don’t get me wrong…there are some hard parts, but nothing like the first chapter or two.  

I rated this book a 4/5 stars.  I would definitely say to check this one out!
