Behind her smile, I saw she was hiding a broken piece of herself. I wanted to reach over and fix her. To take her into my arms and tell her everything would be okay because she had me. As she’s walking to the bar, I can’t take my eyes off her. The smile she’s wearing is pulling at my heart. “I’m guessing you’re Justin.” She smiles. Damn, her smile is the most beautiful smile I’ve seen. “And I’m guessing you’re Mallory.” I realize how lame that was to say. Of course she’s Mallory. She nods with a smile on her beautiful face and I can picture staring at her smile for days. “I am. It’s nice to meet you.” “You too.”
