As long as I can avoid the boss who alternately mocks me and coaxes me to reveal my darkest secrets. This book is amazing. A real page turner from the beginning to the end. We meet Jane Mendoza who is a girl who has been though the foster system, made it out and now is in need of desperate need for money to finish college. She is going to finish college and not be a static if it is the last thing she does. She has taken a job with a family that is an uncle and his niece has her parents were killed in a terrible accident. Now Jane is meeting Beau Rochester and she is not a fan at first and he wasn’t so much a fan of hers but he lets her stay with an adorable kitten that she had to keep alive. And then there is Paige. She is Beau’s niece and he has no idea how to take care of her. He was to busy being the son of a lobsterman and wanted to make a success of a business for a girl that he just has not idea how to care for a child. Before you know it Jane has also caught the eye of her boss and things get confusing for her but good things also happen. You are going to love this book.
