Stephanie’s 3 Star Review: I received a free copy of this book from the author. When the chance to review the Kinrade’s newest book popped up on my computer I jumped at the chance. I loved Vampire Girl and a few other stories they’ve written. This one sounded promising as well. The Witch’s Game features Sarah and her life inside a VR game…one she didn’t plan on living in…it just happened! Her bestie talked her into trying out the new VR set that came for her in the mail by an anonymous donor. The price tag on this thing is astronomical, but one game can’t hurt right? That’s where it all goes wrong! All of these people are stuck inside this virtual reality game with no way out. They’re still alive in person but some just barely. Only a witch can save the day. Well, what do ya know? That’s exactly what Sarah wanted to choose to be. She just to figure out how to level up and quickly to save the real people in the game. Boss challenges and a visiting game virus all make for an interesting adventure. Not to mention Garrett and his hot warrior self. Making it out of the game is their only way of survival. Working together is a must. May the best person … or virus win.
