Chained Hands by T.L. Smith Release and Review

Keir is a mafia king and he might just lend money from time to time and Dylan comes to him and then finds he can’t pay back his debt so he offers his wife up for collateral till he can pay. Keir doesn’t deal in women and he sure doesn’t need to buy one or take one for collateral on a load but Dylan is running out of time to repay his debt so he sells his wife and doesn’t even look back when at her when he leaves her where for with Kier. But if he think she is going to get the meek little girl that he just met then he is in for a surprise. Sailor is feisty and no one really knows that about her because when she met Dillan she really tired to changed her life and be the best wife she could ever be. In realized she was a wild child growing up and lived in a seedy part of town and fell in with that crowd. She’s got the street smarts and the mouth that seems to keep her in trouble with Keir all the time. She has no idea who Keir is or what he is going to do to her but she did hear money owed and dead so she is afraid for her life and determined not to die. Now I fell in love with Keir and Sailor and Keir. Dillan could have jumped in the lake for all I care but we had to have his back story to mix it in with Sailor’s but I was no fan of him. But Sailor doesn’t let this make her lost her wits and just sit and cry. No she heads in the house and immediately is insisting on working so she has a pace to go when the week he gives Dylan is up. How much and happen in a week?? well you have to find by reading but I do promise you that a lot happens in this week. I loved getting to know Sailor and Keir I thought they were two funny characters who made me chuckle when they have there little backs and forth. They are both amazing strong characters. Ono who needs to lean to take nothing from anyone and the other that his heart is his and he can love if that is what he wants to do. It was an amazing story and I didn’t lay it down the entire time I was reading. I was so invested in these characters and the story they had to tell. I can not lie and not tell you that I broke my heart in pieces at the end of this book and my heart was up in my throat. I loved it and It will go down as one of my favorite reads of 2020.
