BLURB If you asked who Reid Hurst truly is, then Iโ€™m sure youโ€™d get different contradictory opinions. Is he just another cocky jock or is he the well-mannered son of a prestigious senator? Is he the second half of Pembroke Highโ€™s newest golden couple, or is he the son of a murderer? Heโ€™s all of the above, Iโ€™m afraid. But to me, heโ€™s so much more than that. I know Reid, the real Reid, even if the world only knows these facets of him. Heโ€™s the secret love Iโ€™ve hidden away from everyone we knowโ€”friend and foe alike. But while the restless boy I have given my heart to battles his demons, I have monsters of my own threatening to bang down my door and swallow me whole. Sooner or later, theyโ€™ll catch me. Itโ€™s only a matter of time. The only thing that remains to be seen is who will inflict the most pain on my soul. My monsters or his. ย  This is a secret-lovers contemporary romance, full-length novel. Recommended 18+ due to mature language, sensitive content and adult situations.

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

I am sad. Not because of Restless but because this is the last book in this series I have loved ready. Ivy Fox just takes you on such magical journeys with her book and I just never want them to end. This is the story of Maya and Reed. Maya is a girl who comes from a very rough upbringing. Her parents are in to all the wrong things and they didn’t give Maya a very good life at all. She is definitely from the wrong side of the tracks. Reid however is the complete opposite. Born into a great family. Given the best life that two parents could give a child. He is after all the son of a senator and one half of the golden couple of the school. He comes from a family where your name means more than anything in this world. More than money, more than being a upstanding citizen and Reid does not let many people at all know the real him at all. But he does Maya and oh my goodness what a story this is for both of them. I thought it was so good you can’t put it down. It broke my heart for them at times. It is an emotional rollercoaster that you never want to get off of. I loved every single second of this book. What a way to end the series but I can’t say that I am not super sad that this is the end.
