This is a dark romance. You need to read the trigger warnings in the beginning of the book as this book contains things that might be triggers for some readers.
If you have read a dark book by Amo Jones before then you know what you are getting yourself into. I personally love the darker reads that really push me and Antichrist is just as amazing as I thought it would be. This is the story of Meraki and Niko and the story that they have to tell is going to have you all over the place or it did me at least. If there have ever been two toxic for each other people in this world for each other then these two are exactly that. I will go ahead hear and warn you that you might now like Niko in the beginning but again if you have read an Amo Jones book before then you know to ride that out till you no longer have too and a switch will flip and bam you find you are feeling things for Niko that you swore you wouldn’t have a chapter ago. These two put the T in toxic and I swear it is like they were the worst people in the world for each other and it just worked. They blow that whole opposites attract thing out of the water for sure. There are twists and turns that you never in a million years will see coming. Your emotions are going to be all over the place. You kindle will be smoking while your reading from all the hotness and your just trying to keep your wits about you while reading this book. I don’t really want to go into the story because I feel like you need to go in blind and just enjoy the wild ride that you are about to take. I don’t even know that I read the description of this book before I dove in to it. I hope you guys love this twisted book as much as I did. I also hope you realize that your going to have a really serious book hangover when you finish this book too!!!
