One for the Money by Skye Warren Release and Review

I am always excited to dive into a Skye Warren new book. I’m equally excited when I read anything that has one of the Morelli’s in it and this one is about Finn and Eva, the oldest Morelli daughter. We all know who she is if you have read any of the books that they are in and I am so excited to finally crack open her story and learn more about her. I can’t say that this story isn’t heartbreaking because it is. So guard your heart and maybe have a Kleenex handy. But I also going in to it knew that Skye Warren might rip your heart out but you have to just go with it. Wallow in the emotions of it all and not worry that she will leave you a emotional mess through a series. She will put your heart back together in all the best ways possible. You just have to be patient.
Eva is a woman who loves her family so much and she really does everything she can for her family when and where and how they need it done. I know that that has to have always been overwhelming to her and she certainly doesn’t need people preaching to her about marriage on top of everything else she has going one. Finn is a man living on borrowed time because of a disease that affects all the men in his bloodline early one and is debilitating. He feels like he lives on borrowed time. While it might look like his father runs the empire it is really Finn and his father is just the face of the company. He and Eva are about to embark on a fake relationship to keep the people in their lives from having a fit about them being single and it also serves some more purposes. After all he is from one of the richest most powerful families in the entire world and I could just see Eva’s mom foaming at the mouth for her to marry Finn. But the thing about a fake relationship is that you have to spend lots of time together and a friendship will grow and bud and turn into some really confusing feelings and if your lucky you just might have been faking it with the love of your life the entire time and not even realized it. I have to say here that Finn and Eva have some absolutely amazing chemistry. I loved them together really and rooted so hard for them. and then bam I am left with my heart shattered, tears running down my face and my fingers trying to find purchase on the cliff so I don’t fall right on off the darn thing. I so can not wait to find out what is going to happen next. I loved One For the Money. You need this book in your life right this second so don’t delay reading it!!!
