I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is a dark romance. You need to heed the warnings in the beginning of the book and heed them for it will contain triggers for some readers. This is the story or Morgan and Hayes. These are two characters that are both broken. To say your heart is going to break form them is a understatement and that turned this book in to a really emotional read. I wasn’t expecting a dark romance to be so emotional. Hayes is the most popular guy at school and on the swim team. He is friends with all the guys and the girls just love him. He could have any girl be his girlfriend if he wanted to. He is picture perfect on the outside. One the inside though, he is in a lot of pain and he really is brooding and at times a grouch. He is however a master of keeping his pain and secrets from everyone.
Morgan is a girl who has had to grow up so much faster than she ever should have. The girl will truly never experience what it is like to be your average everyday teenage girl. She has a mother that she never there for Morgan the way she needs for her to be. No teenage girl should have to be responsible for their younger sibling because there8683than a dark romance.
