This is a companion book to Follow Me Under and it is told from Braden’s point of view. I just love to get the mans point of view. It feels like a bit of a different read when your getting the mans side of things and have only gotten the girls point of view in the other book. Braden is super hot and very intense and is a guy who does not really do realationships. But there is something about Skye that has him breaking all this rules. He is controlling and really only ever is thinking about what Skye needs before she even knows it herself. I loved how understanding of her he was and how he always aims to protect her. It’s how he shows his love which is major for a man who has never wanted a relationship. He has quiet the story to tell and I am so glad that we got it from his side too. I can’t honestly say that Skye is my favorite character ever either though. She loves to argue and will argue with him over every little thing. She may say she trust him but when you can’t leave closed subjects closed and manipulate situations, do you really trust that person? My answer would be no but I guess she is learning even if I wanted to throat punch her a few times. I should also say that this is a different story from Follow me Under. You’re not reading the same story that you read in Follow Me Under and I just wanted to make that clear to you too. It is a great story and I am so glad that we got to see it through Braden’s eyes.
