I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
Andrei is the head of the Kozlov. He is ruthless, rules with an iron fist and is manipulative and strong. He as the leader probably needs a wife but he is convinced that he will marry for purpose and not for love. I really felt for him because he and his brothers had to live through a traumatic experience when they were younger. This is the reason he thinks he will not be lucky in love but have a marriage that is more of a business arrangement than anything. However he never expects to meet Georgia on an attack on his enemy. But there she is and has gotten herself wrapped up with his enemy because her father took a loan for the wrong person. She is a smart and very sassy woman who really had no idea of what she is capable of. Andrei though sees it from the first time he sees her and he takes her and decides to train her. There are sparks flying all over the place with these two. Neither wants to give in to the other but they may not have much of a choice when your pull to each other is so strong. You have to read to find out what happens. I thought this was a really great book and really enjoyed reading it.
