BLURB
Will Leblanc takes risks in his private equity firm and in the underground boxing ring, but nowhere else. Definitely not in love. Which is why he had to walk away.
Except Bristol Anderson needs his help. More than that, he wants to protect her.
But no one can protect her from him. He has a dark side. A violent side. She’s an unbearable temptation. He’s barely holding back.
What happens when the monster inside him gets loose?
Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is the second book in the Controlling Interest Series. You have to read Blackmail or you are going to be lost. This book picks up right where Blackmail left off and we find that Bristol is struggling with getting Will out of his head since he let her go from her job and has merged his company with Hughes. However she has the twins to take care of and now a new temp agency that she is working for. However her new job is horrible. Her new boss makes her uncomfortable and cant seem to keep his eyes above her neck and says the most inappropriate things. Will is too trying to adjust and convince himself that he doesn’t miss Bristol. That he doesn’t have anything to offer her and the twins that she has chosen as their older sister to raise. I loved that in this book we got to see more of Bristol and the twins and that we learn a lot more about Will and his family and his past. And then bam I was left with my mouth open in shock as I finished the book. Holy cow what a cliffhanger it is and I need the next book in my hands right this second. I have to know what is going to happen next.

AUTHOR BIO
Amelia Wilde wrote her first story when she was six years old, a narrative strongly inspired by The Polar Express. When she was nine she wrote her first novel-length work, all in one paragraph.
Now, Amelia is all about that love. Her romances feature unique, independent heroines and alpha heroes who are strong of heart and body. Readers have described her work as “emotional,” “intense,” “phenomenal,” and “like a child scribbled with a crayon,” which she takes as the highest praise.
