This is the story of Hannah and Declan. I will go ahead and warn you that they have such smoking hot chemistry between them that your kindle might just catch fire in your very hands. They have to be one of the hottest couples in the series, and that I have read about in a while. The banter between them will have you swooning too. Hannah is a Dalton and Declan a Shaw. He is one of the hottest, most ruthless and sought after litigator in the state, and is coming to mentor her class in a mock trial and she knows exactly who is because of her family but her best friend is Dalton’s cousin. But she decides to keep her last name a secret from him during his time in her class. When they all go out to celebrate the success of the mock trial things take a turn into the alley and the night quickly becomes explosive between the two of them and then he absolutely ghosts her. And she is livid. Now a few weeks have passed and the time has come for her to do her internship at the Dalton Firm, her family’s business. Her boss is ready and waiting for her and just so happens to be the one and only Declan Shaw. What happens when you are forced to spend time doing your intern ship in your family’s business eith the man you hate most in the world? Well, you have to read the book to find that out. I will warn you that once you start you will not be laying this book down. Declan is all growling alpha male who has no problem being rude it would seem. He will do some things that will really get under your skin but hold tight to see if he eats her words and regrets some of his actions. Hannah is one tough cookie who is really smart, has a super sweet side and has not one problem at all navigating and handling everything that Declan hands out. Get ready to lose your heart to these two and love every second of it while it’s happening.
