I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is a dark taboo book. The first one was not a dark book but this one does explore some darker themes which might not be suitable for all readers. You will also need to read Will He Ever Be Mine first or you are going to be lost.
Nyra and Riaan’s have been busted and their relationship has come to light and her mom immediately takes her home. However Riaan is not going to stand for that is is going to fight for her and their love.. Nyra though is being manipulated and she will do any and everything to keep her family and Riiaan save and she keeps pushing him away. It isn’t very long before things become to much and down the rabbit hole she goes. Things however do change when a big secret is revealed and she gets to return to college but it isn’t very long until her carefully constructed walls begin to crumble when Riaan comes back to not really for college but for her. I don’t really want to go any further into telling you about the story for fear of giving something away. This book is so interesting and good and it keeps you on your toes. I really loved reading this book.
