Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the first book in the Heartsong Duet. I just am not sure how to review a book that everything you say could be a spoiler. This book is super emotional and angst filled. I was sucked in from the first page. There are secrets that will be revealed and moments that will either melt your heart or have you with tears in your eyes. Twist and turns are in here too and I was loving every second of it. The characters are not perfect and a little on the flawed side. But aren’t we all in some ways. A story of two people who have that once in a lifetime love that you only get one shot at. Lucy and Cal are just perfection in some ways and not in others. I know this makes no sense to you now but it will once you read the book. I loved every single second of it and need the next book in my hands right now.
