I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is a small town romance. Britt has had a thing for Aiden since she was a little girl growing up. He was the hottest guy in school and she never ever thought she had a chance of getting noticed. However time goes by you leave town and follow your dreams and once you have left and lived some life you swear you would never ever go back. But then you do when you are summoned. He is a former marine and the sheriff and she is a forensic photographer and he needs her to help him in an investigation. He now is a single dad and one of the hottest men in town still and she still feels what she felt when they were young. But things in town are about to turn personal in the crime wave and everything is now on the line. Will they be able to survive this and come out with a happily ever after? You have to read to find that out. I liked this book and really enjoyed reading this small town romance. I closed the book with a smile on my face.
