Ten years ago, I watched my life go up in flames.
No one tells you how easy it is to die. Here one moment, gone the next.
All because I fell in love with Ethan Davis. He took everything from me.
After nearly a decade of hiding, Ethan stands before me, more handsome and dangerous than ever.
But this time, there is no escape—for either of us.
Ethan
I’ve heard people say they lived through hell.
They never met the devil who raised me—Marshall Davis.
He took my remorse. Trained me to be ruthless, feared by the most dangerous men.
I didn’t understand what it meant to love. Until Jules.
She made me feel. Something I didn’t believe my blackened soul was capable of.
When she was sentenced to burn, my humanity turned to dust with her.
**AUTHOR’S NOTE
Rezoned is a dark, (love-to) hate-to-love, second-chance, standalone novel and prequel to The Davis Order.
This book is intended for MATURE (18+) readers. Rezoned is labeled dark due to the themes that may be considered TRIGGERS for some. Reader discretion is advised.
Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is a dark hate to love second chance romance. It is also the story of Jules and Ethan and the prequel to The Davis Order. You will need to heed the warnings in the beginning of the book. It will contain triggers for some readers.
Jules has one thing in mind. To graduate high school and once she is out of her hometown she has no intention of ever turning. She is right on track to where she needs to be and life is great. Then one day she meets a young man names Ethan Davis and all her well laid plans go up in smoke. Ethan was an orphan. Alone in the world until he is taken by Marshall Davis. This changed his entire life and it sure didn’t change it for the better. He might have had food in his belly and a roof over his head but being with Marshall Davis he had to be someone he wasn’t. Until the day he sees Jules and his entire world is rocked to its very core. This book is great and it is divided in to two parts. The early years of Jules and Ethan then ten years later when they find themselves face to face again. However the threat that tore them apart in the first place is coming back with a vengeance. I loved these two together. They were so in love and just perfect for each other until their worlds went sideways. Their reunion part is just as great and this was a great prequel to the series to come.

AUTHOR BIO
Born and raised in Germany, Danah moved to the U.S., where she met her husband, eventually trading downtown Chicago’s city life for the northern Rockies.
She can be seen hanging with her twin girls and exploring the outdoors when she’s not arguing plot points with the characters in her head.
But it’s that exact passion which has originally produced The Dark Series and continues to keep her glued to her laptop, following her dreams.
