This is the story of Aidan and Scarlett. Scarlett is married to a man that she never wanted to marry in the first place. Her father forced her to marry him to teach her a lesson. The man and his lessons were ruthless and now she has been kidnapped by Aidan. He is taking her to avenge her husband and has every plan to destroy her family. However he is planning to keep her as a trophy. She just never expected to ever want to drown in the craziness and lies and twisted things with Aiden. I can’t really go into the detials of this story and not give something away. I don’t know that I would call this a dark romance really. It is packed with angst and moments that really tear at your heart strings.
