I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.This is the second book in the Violent Delights series. It is the continuation of the story of Sophia Morelli and Damon Pierce. You will need to read the first book, Claim or you will be lost in this book since it picks up right where Claim left off. This book is also in the Midnight Dynasty world too. We know that Sophia makes her living as a high demand fashion model, and he is so obsessed with her and wants things with her he has never entertained before. However when she is arrested and accused of murder of a fashion mogul she has modeled for before, things get crazy. I don’t think I can tell you anything about this story and not give something away. I loved every second of it. The shocking moments, the twists and turns, deception, secrets, and things you just never see coming. However, with that said I loved Damon in this book. He is so devoted to Sophia and that devotion never wavers not one time no matter what they are facing. However Sophia has a past that makes it hard for her to fully invest in something or someone and she really has her doubts about Damon. It really broke my heart at times because I am so rooting for everything to be perfect between these two. I have so many questions that I need answers to and I so need the third book in my hands.
