Court of Death by K.A. Knight Release & Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the story of Avea and Mors. She is half something and half vampire and he is the god of death. Avea is a mystery to herself. She doesn’t know where she came from or how she ended up in the magical forest that allowed her to stay there. She needs to discover the other half of herself. She can feel that she is different and has more hiding within herself. I loved that we got to go on the journey of her discovery of who she is in this book. I loved how it unfolded and she is just a spunky, fierce, very caring woman. She sure though never expected to get help in her discovery of herself from Death himself. He is a bit of a mystery too but death is death after all. However, he has been taking care of souls for a very long time and never realized there was more to this than just the duty he had. Avea is about to help him discover some very deep parts hidden within himself. He has always thought that feelings, emotions and love were a weakness but he is about to discover that those things are his greatest strengths. I will go ahead and tell you that once you pick up this book you will not be able to put it down. I was so invested in this story and hooked till the very end.
