Kara is a young woman who is living in a world that she knows not much about thanks to her father and his way of protecting her from it. But now he has been murdered. Now she is being hunted down. But when Adam saves her the first time he becomes her protector. The aim is to not let her find out everything about what her father has been doing. Get her to his funeral and back out to college safely. I don’t know that I can go into too much about this book and not give something away. It starts out at a fast pace and keeps that pace until the very end. I loved Kara and Adam. Rick is another story. It took me a while because he is obsessed with her and I don’t know that that was a good thing at times. I will say that the end of this book will have your heart racing and you are on the end of your seat breathless. I really can not wait to get the next book in my hands.
