This is the second book in the Ends Duet. You will need to read Ends of Being first or you will be very lost in this book. I know that you had to be like me and had a ton of questions after we finished the first book. I can’t give you any answers and I really feel like I can’t talk about the story or I will give something away. This is one wild ride from start to finish. There is a ton of character growth in this story and I loved that so much. There are twists and turns and things you won’t see coming. You’re up and down and all over the place emotionally and hooked so much you do not want to lay this book down. This is a duet that I really enjoyed and you guys need to read.

Darius
I disappeared.
It was unexpected.
Incredibly inconvenient even, but if it meant she was safe, then so be it.
After a tireless search for a nameless, faceless enemy – still, they remain elusive.
Each day that goes by without her is excruciating.
But I know, she will never be satisfied until she’s back by my side.
Spitting mad and out for blood, she knows what buttons to push to get me there, reminding me of who she belongs to.
Me.
Antoinette
He disappeared.
It was shocking.
Agonizingly painful even, but if it meant he was alive, then so be it.
After assiduously searching, I will not accept that he is lost to me.
But as each day that goes by, breathing increasingly becomes exhausting.
Until one day, he’s there; fueled by rage and out for revenge – determined to remind me who I belong to.
Him.

MercyAnn Summers has been a writer for most of her life. Whilst her early writings consisted of predominantly angsty poetry and emo ranting, the urge to put a real story into a Word Doc has been on her mind for several decades. MercyAnn is not certain if she will continue to write once this duet is finished, but she never really knows when the characters inside her head will start kicking to get out.
MercyAnn is a gypsy at heart, but she currently lives in New England with her passel of kids, one boy grown tall, a sassy cat, and a Princess Boxer dog named Opal. When she’s not writing she’s either working her regular day job, tending to her gardens in summer and avoiding the cold in winter. She also has the attention span of a gnat.
She loves helicopters, raw peas, horses, reading, making promos for her author friends, and being alone to clean her house properly.
