This is the first book in the Taboo Series from Mackenzy Fox. Just like the series title implies it is a taboo romance between a father and his son’s ex-girlfriend.
Ariana has hit a rough spot in life and it is almost her birthday. Her boyfriend cheated on her and she is trying to get over the jerk. Her friends have the best idea ever. Celebrate her birthday in Mexico and she can kill two birds with one stone. Get over the jerk who cheated all while celebrating and maybe find a hot guy to have a little fun with while on this trip. Never in a million years did she expect her ex-boyfriend’s dad to be a man that she has a scorching hot connection with in Mexico. He is single, hotter than sin and has a mouth that will make you blush. They could be so perfect together only he is holding back on his likes because he does not want to scare her.
I have to stop telling you about the story or I am so afraid I will say something and mess it up for you. I loved this book. It is a quick read and one that you will not be able to lay down once you pick it up. I loved the connection these two shared. The group of girlfriends she has are just the funnies most amazing friends that we all wish we had. They will have you cracking up so many times. There is nothing that you won’t love about this book. Run, get it and have the best time ever reading it.
