I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the story of Rumor and King. She is in a horrible situation and really stuck there. There is no where for her to turn but when King come to the rescue he brings her to his family’s ranch. She is never one to want to be where she isn’t wanted but Kings family adores her and she is quickly finding this to be a place she can hide from all the things she needs to. However his family just might be hiding something that cause her to run in the first place. You spend a lot of the time wondering if she is safe or if she is in more danger than you thought she was. I really loved reading this book. I devoured it and couldn’t put it down. I loved these characters. Rumor is one of those girls you can see yourself becoming fast friends with. She is timid but the girl is a survivor. Kind is the hot cowboy that might come off a little cocky but has a heart of gold. I loved when they started building trust. I think I swooned a ton. This is a really great story. You do not want to miss it.
