This is a quick and fun book to read. This is the story of Miles and Brooke. He is a famous basketball player who is never serious about anyone and refuses to settle down. No one is every going to catch his eye for that long. However, he is man that loves and takes care of his Gram. Brooke comes from a really rich family and has just been cut off. Now she needs a job to support herself. However, jobs are really hard to find, but she’s not giving up. Someone is going to give her a job and she one particular one in mind. Add to that a trip planned by her sorority sisters and one of them is taking her ex, she knows that she can not face going on that trip alone. Her brother’s best friend Miles is the perfect man to help her out. Never mind that she is strictly off limits to him or that she has had a crush on him since she was a teenager. What could possibly go wrong? You need to read to find out. This is a quick easy read with characters you will easily fall in love with. We can’t forget about Gram, she really steals the show.
