This is a Professor/Student romance. I have to say that when you pick this book up, you are not going to be laying it down anytime soon. This is the story of Lucas and Sadie. Lucas is an English Professor. The man is smoking heart and such a heartbreaker. The most important thing to him in his life is is job. He loves the work that he does and he is good at it. But when Sadie comes tripping into his classroom, all bets are off. He is instantly attracted to her but he fights it so hard. Sadie though, has a whole lot going on in her life. One huge surprise that she does not know how to deal with. The girls life is chaos and if she doesn’t deal with some things soon, she is going to lose it. Lucas is a man who has his limits and he has not intention of every getting involved with one of his students. But as you will see these two have a unique relationship. There is a lot going on that I don’t want to mention and you need to discover it for yourself. However, I can say that he finds her equal parts frustrating and fascinated by her at the same time. They just have this chemistry that is bleeding off the pages. But that is a testament to how well written this book is. I loved every single second of it. It is just an absolute page turner. These two really go through it and you are going to love being there every step of the way.
