Wicked Dreams by S. Massery Release & Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the story of Caleb Margo. These two were the very best of friends when they were children. You did not see one without the other. Until….they weren’t anymore. She destroyed his world when she had to move away and she really hoped he would never see her again for as long as he lived. He is the rich boy that rules the high school. He parents are wealthy, really wealthy, all the girls what him and the boys want to be him. He is also the captain of the hockey team. But, now she is about to upend his life again by moving back and coming to the same high school as he does. Margo doesn’t know this boy like she did the one she was growing up with. He is the King of the school and he sees this as a perfect opportunity to ruin her life just like she did his. He is obsessed and the harder she fights him the deeper his obsession grows.
This book was so good. You are not going to want to lay it down once you pick it up. I loved these characters. The mystery of their relationship kept me guessing and I loved how you got to discover it a little bit at a time while your reading the book. His characters is everything you would expect from the king of the high school and a really big bully. I know he sounds like a jerk, but don’t let the guy fool you. He has qualities you don’t see coming. He thinks he is getting the girl that he knew a long time ago. However she has been though some things and now she is one tough cookie and is going to give as good as she gets. She is not one to back down not matter the cost. I loved how this book hold your attention, makes you fall for the characters and has you guessing the mystery of it all while you are reading. This is a book that you will love reading.
