This is the story of Evie and Brixon. This is also a paranormal romance and I don’t think that I realized that until I got to reading it. Brixon has just lost his father and sure never expected to get an envelope of truths that could turn his world upside down. This will lead him on a path or protecting. Evie has lost all of her family and has nothing left of family except for the her cat, a really busy shop and her very best friend. When Brixon come into her life life a hurricane she was not ready for him. However he knows exactly who she is and what he has to do. He is also on a journey that is going to reveal his past, present and future. Evie is so so sassy and really funny. There is so much to learn in this book that you have to experience it for yourself. What a spicy little experience it is to. You can’t go wrong with this book.
