This is an Italian Mafia romance. It is the story of Isabella and Raffaele. She is the daughter who would rather not be the princess of the e Kings’ Mafia dynasty. Her life had never been her own and ever move she makes is controlled by some one. She wants nothing more than some . When the opportunity presents itself for her to go to Rome for the summer, she takes it. However, she never planned on having to take Raffaele, her strict as can be body guard with her. She knows that he will not let her have any freedom. He is all about the rules and following the to the letter of the law. Now how much these two fight, they both share a strong attraction for one another. But he’s got big secrets, and a hidden past. Will that destroy these two before they even get started? You have to read and find out. I loved these characters. I really loved the banter they had with each other. He would do absolutely anything he had to to keep Isabella save and would give her the world on a silver platter if he could. But he will frustrate you at times with his attitude. This is a really great read.
