This is the story of Eve and Carter. If you are looking for a darker book then you will not find that here. But I didn’t mind that about this story at all. There is no denying that from the moment these two met. But there is a forbidden element with this book and she is his half brother’s adopted sister. But more than that, now she is his student. Being her professor he knows that the university he teaches at absolutely forbids relationships between students and professors. Add to it that his half brother has made it more than clear that he is to stay ways from his sister, and you have a couple of forbidden elements to this book. However, none of that stops two people who feel the way these two begin to feel about each other. These two have an emotional connection that is just amazing to read about. These two just can’t help themselves and you are going to be loving every second of this book.
