This is the story of Bash and Stasia. She is a girl dealing and living with some serious trauma. She carries the trauma and grief that she has been dealing with with her every day. But don’t let that fool you the girl is resilient and can adapt quickly. She absolutely refuses to let her past define her. She is a woman determined to be in control of her future. I love a good female strong female characters and Stasia is the list of characters you love. She is a girl who proves herself through her actions. Even when the odds are stacked against her she isn’t going to let that get her down. She will use it to come out on the top even when she isn’t so sure. I loved the relationship that will develop between she and
Bash. Bash is charming and is a goofy as they come and I loved that about him so much. If you have been reading this series then you know who he is but you are about to get to see another side of him. He is growing into the man he was always meant to be and he is absolutely obsessed with Stasia. I loved every single second of this book. I loved that these characters grow so much in this book and they learn and lean on each other. This is a book that you do not want to miss.
