As their feelings for each other deepen, Jack struggles with his own internal demons which threaten to rip them apart. Jack is torn between following his heart and listening to his head, which keeps telling him he is not good enough for her. She deserves better than what he can give her.
How far will he push before they both fall over the edge?

I just have no interest in a relationship that extends beyond a quick fuck when it suits me. I really don’t see how it’s my fault or problem if a chick falls for my boyish charms. 4 stars for Seduce by Missy Johnson. This book left me feeling torn. It
made me “ugly” cry, so don’t read this story expecting a happy ending!
Jack Falcon has been a playboy for years never sleeping with the same woman
more than once. At a glance, he seems to have it all- great looks, loads
of charm and money, but he is not what he seems. He was abandoned by his
mother and left with his abusive father. Because of this, he is afraid to
allow himself to feel anything. That all changes when Belle enters his
life. She makes him feel things that he has never felt before. When Jack
finally seems ready to admit his love for Belle, tragedy strikes.
This book really shocked me. I can usually envision how a story will end,
but this one blew my mind. I fell in love with both Jack and Belle, so I
was very disappointed by the way their story ended. Had it not been for
the ending, I would gladly have given this book a 5 star rating. With that
said, I will admit that I enjoyed this author’s style of writing, and I
look forward to reading more from her in the future.
