A Game of Hearts by Lola King is now live!

A Sizzling, Enemies to Lovers, Polyamorous, Angsty, Dark Romance from bestselling author, Lola King

In this dangerous game of love, what happens when my heart has room for three?

I’ve had enough trouble to last me a lifetime, and yet it doesn’t stop fate from trying to screw with me over and over again.

I had barely tasted the freedom of putting my abuser away when I got kidnapped. Two years later I’m free and forced to face the people I left behind.

But nothing goes as planned.

My childhood best friend, Sam, thinks I betrayed him. Now, he wants me dead. His boyfriend, Lik, is becoming strangely obsessed with me, and our moments alone leave me burning for more. And my ex-girlfriend, Rachel, is too possessive to let me go. She’s addicted, no matter how much she tries to move on from me and our connection.

Blackmail, Violence, Obsession… the twisted games we play are bound to leave painful scars, and yet my heart craves their lasting impressions.

But, we can’t seem to stop, even when my past comes back to haunt me.

Four Hearts. One Game of Love. Who holds the winning hand?

May the best player win.

A Game of Hearts is an omnibus containing Rose’s Complete Collection, including one novella and two full-length novels.

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the complete story of Rose. It includes the entire series of books which are Queen of Broken Hearts, Kind of My Heart, and Ace of All Hearts. This is a why choose romance and the story of Rachel, Rose, Lik, and Sam. I will go ahead and warn you that you are absolutely going to hate Rose. But don’t give up on her. That girl has some serious growth throughout the entirety of this omnibus. Rachel is the opposite of Rose and is shy and kind of quiet and will prove the saying you have to look out for the quiet ones. She blows it out of the water actually. You add the guy Lik and Sam to the mix and the sparks are flying all over the place. Two girls and two guys and so much love to go around but it was Rachel that really touched my heart. The love the guys felt for each girl was so different than it was for Rose and I really loved that. But these guys are so protective over each other. I don’t really want to get into what each book is about. But I will say that this book is so worth reading. A different kind of love story that I usually read and I am really glad that I read it.

About Renee Henson

Renee Henson has an obsession with reading and reviewing. Especially anything that is a dark romance, fairy tale retelling, MC, and is trying her best to love the PNR worlds. Nothing is quiet as exciting to her as reading a good book and then talking about it or making comments while reading with her friends that have read the book too. She is always happiest with her kindle in her hand and her nose is a book. She has been reviewing for Stephanie's Book Reports for over ten years.
