synopsis

Molly Gilmore had a good life before she uttered those two stupid words. While preparing to graduate from culinary school and building up the courage to make a move on her hot, sugar-cookie-smelling pastry instructor Marco, she can’t wait to finally have the GREAT life she’s always dreamed about, instead of just the good one she’s been living.

Always known as the quiet ninja, she fully intends to stay hidden in the shadows with her nut-job family, so they have no chance to embarrass her around the man she’s crushed on for two years. Unfortunately, her family has other plans. When they yank her straight out of her comfort zone, she finds herself starring in the craziest train wreck she’s ever witnessed.

Molly ultimately gets a more exciting life that doesn’t revolve around school, but she’s pretty sure the man of her dreams won’t be sticking around long after her family gets ahold of him. There aren’t too many guys who can handle smelling like pee, having the whole world know how he masturbates, and being forced to eat an entire bag of dicks.

Join the Chocolate Lovers and Chocoholics gang for one final story about love, baked goods, making poor life choices, and remembering how important family is—even if they drive you insane.

Mostly because it’s illegal to kill them.

Cassy's Review

***Copy of book received from author in exchange for an honest review.

This is a bittersweet review for me. I LOVE the Chocolate Lovers series and LOVE the Chocoholics series. It’s so sad that it’s coming to an end. These books brought me into the world of independent authors that I love so much. Tara Sivec has a way of keeping you so engrossed in her books, that reality just slips away. I can read her books in one sitting. This one, however, I drug out. Not because I didn’t like it, but because I knew it was going to be the final book in the Chocoholics series. I don’t want it to end. WAH! I want to keep reading about all the misadventures of all the characters I have grown to love over the past couple of years. It’s a good thing Tara keeps writing other amazing books for me to read 🙂

Molly Gilmore is the quiet one out of the Gilmore girls. She’s always felt like she may be the odd one out in her family. She is finally graduating and getting ready to start her career at Seduction and Snacks. It should be a joyous time in her life. It doesn’t hurt that, Marco,  her teacher and man she’s crushed on is finally off the off limits list. Unfortunately, Molly puts herself in the wrong place at the wrong time, leaving herself “Pregnant” and hating life. Marco, has had his eye on Molly the last couple of years but she was a student. Suddenly it’s ok to make a move, but when he does, he gets himself into a pickle and becomes Molly’s baby daddy.  Will Molly’s crazy family scare Marco off? Can he fit in with the unconventional bunch? Will his own secret screw everything up?

I Loved that Molly “The Ninja” Gilmore finally got her story. It was full of entertainment and of course kept me laughing throughout. I will miss the raunchy humor and joy this series has brought. The best part of these books is that if I grow to miss these characters too much, I can just reread the series again. These will forever be some of my favorite books. Even though I didn’t want this to end, I enjoyed every bit of the book and loved how Tara brought in the ending. Great job! I’ll keep trucking along reading the rest of Tara’s books. Five Stars!
