This was M.N. Forgy’s first dive into the mafia world and I thought she did a really amazing job writing this book. This is the story of the DeAngelo’s and the Bravado’s. Kerian is a DeAngelo and Leona and Bravado who should be running her family since her father died years ago and left her everything. She refuses to take the seat for she is waiting on her father to come back and take his place. However one night and she sees and tries to stop something she shouldn’t have and from there all bets are off. The DeAngelo’s and Bravado families have struck a deal and it isn’t one that Leona is going to let happen. I really loved reading this book and y’all will too.
