I LOVED this book. Can I tell you, I LOVED it! The characters in this story are fantastic. Charley is an up and coming model who’s been through a horrible tragedy and has immersed herself in her modeling career to help pay the bills and give her some extra money to live on as her true love is to paint. Charley is booked for a photoshoot and the photographer, Jude Anderson, is a new, to her, photographer. He’s extremely handsome and the magnetism she feels toward him is astounding. She can’t help but want to please him in everything he asks.
Jude…he’s seen Charley before, but she doesn’t know it. He thought she was an angel. Jude doesn’t date models. He hasn’t wanted to cross that line ever. Until Charley. It just so happens each of their best friends are interested in each other so naturally Jude and Charley are in each others presence quite a bit. Eventually they can’t keep from sampling.
Charley is broken however. She thinks she’s beyond repair. Jude wants to help her but Charley doesn’t want to be helped. She wants to wallow. Jude pushes and pushes. But will Jude’s pushing be enough to pull Charley out of her darkness? Will she want to see the light with Jude by her side?
