He also doesn’t break stride before asking me out on a date. But as previously mentioned, spare time isn’t a luxury I possess… Drake claims that whatever I’m willing to give is plenty. It doesn’t take long to prove that’s not the game he’s playing. This pro is done striking out, and headed straight for home.

This is a small town romance and the story of Drake and Cassidy. Their story is really funny and it is such a spicy romance to read. These two have a history. In middle school they shared their first kiss. He is a former professional baseball player and now is part owner in the local bar called Roosters. However, he has never forgotten the teenage crush that he had on Cassidy. She stole his heart and never gave it back. When they bump back into each other, he knows that now is the time and he might only get one shot at winning her heart. Cassidy is a very busy girl She is running her grandmothers stables on the farm and she sure does not have time for romance in her life. She is also a single mom and has twins Kenzie and Charlie. Drake is absolutely amazing with these kids. I think that my heart melted about a million times with how he was with Mac and Cheese. I so loved the nickname and Drake is going to steal your heart at the same time he is stealing all of theirs. These two have some amazing banter with each other and will crack you up more times than not. This was such a fun, sweet, spicy romance to read. You need this book in your life. You won’t regret reading it.
