“This book will have you hooked from word one, get ready for one of the hottest reads of the year!” ★★★★★ caffe.and.books

“Just when I thought the Dark Sovereign series couldn’t get any better Bella, you obliterated that notion in spades. Nicoli and Mirabella CONSUMED me with their EXPLOSIVE and ELECTRIFYING story.” ★★★★★ Donna V.

I’ve never had a life.

I’m not talking about the freedom money can buy because I have that in spades.
I’m talking about the freedom a girl gets from growing up with four overprotective Del Rossa men…which is zero.

Zero freedom to have a social life. Zero freedom to date.
No guy dares to glance my way. I’m Dark Sovereign property in this town, and everyone knows you don’t touch what belongs to the Del Rossas.

Fifteen years ago, I was a lost little orphan. The Del Rossa family took me in, cared and raised me like I was their own. But not him.

Not Nicoli.

He’s always treated me differently. Like I don’t belong in their world. Like I’m this temporary thing they shouldn’t get attached to.

Maybe I should be thankful that he ignores me most of the time.
But for some stupid reason…I’m not.

Whenever he looks my way, I can’t seem to breathe right.
When he’s close, I’m a mess on two feet.

But Nicoli has made it crystal clear that the girl he grew up with is a hard limit for him. I’m the one woman he’ll never touch…

…not even if I beg him to.

Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is a dark romance. It does have warnings in the beginning of the book. This book might contain triggers for some readers.
This is the story of Nicoli and Mirabella. He is the brother twin brother actually to Alexius. I loved that we get to see him and Leandra in this book too. After all they all live in the family home. But when he was young, his father has suddenly left and he and Alexius wait up for their father they are so concerned. When he returns he has Mirabella and her brother Maximo with him. They have just gone though something horrible and are going to be living with the family from now on. From the first time these two met as children there was a connection and that connection has never been severed no matter how hard that a now grown Nicoli tries to push her away. After all he is carrying around a secret that she can never know and there is concern though the entire book that she is going to remember exactly what happened that night. Mirabella is a strong sassy female character that you are just going to love. She doesn’t take any crap off of him and gives as good as she gets most times. Nicoli is also part of the Dark Sovereign and thus owns a club that he is always running off to. The reason he drowns himself in other women is obvious to even Mirabella. I do not really want to go into the story as their are memories for the past that I loved reading and the present it just all unfolds in such a way you need to experience it for yourself. I will say that Nicoli is not the nicest guy your ever going to meet but you also have to understand that he has his reason for that too. It all makes sense as your reading and of course rooting for these two. This is a love that has spanned decades and been fought against by one of them for that long too. Protection of Mirabella is always at the top of Nicoli’s list and he will die for her if he has to. However there is a war brewing between the Del Rossa and Ferrero’s and the book has a bit of a cliffhanger ending. Not one that is going to shock your pants off but will leave you wanting to know what is going to happen next. You do not want to miss this book. I absolutely loved it.
