This is the second book in the Sons of Khaos Series. You have to read Psycho Hate first or you are going to have not a clue what is going on in this book. Now I have to say that I devoured Psycho Hate and nearly threw my Kindle up against the wall when that book ended. So as you can imagine I was beyond excited to have this book in my hands. Mac and Psycho went through so much in that book and this is where I need to say that this is a dark romance series. The first book is much darker than this one. However, you know all that has happened reading this one and it still boils your blood just like it did in the first one. I don’t even know that I can talk about the story line in this book at all in my review. Things are off the rails for a while in this book. However, things will get back to a semi-normal state for these characters. Psycho truly at times is off the rails in this book and we get to see a side of him that should make you quake in your boots. However, I love Psycho anyway I can take him any way I can get him really. But there is no Psycho like the one that takes care of Mac even if he goes overboard sometimes. Mac, really goes places I didn’t see her going in this book and her head first think about the consequences later gets her in trouble more than a few times. The name of the game in this book is revenge. However there are moments that have you one the edge of your seat. And the ending leaves us in a whole new mess to first figure out and second suffer through until we get the next book in our hands. I love this series. I devoured this book. I cried some I laughed a few times. I picked my jaw up off the floor more than once and now I can’t wait to see what comes next. This is going to go down as one of my favorite series of 2024. You do not want to miss it.
