Fingers crossed I can seal it all with my first kiss.

Scarlett and the Kiss Thief, an all-new new-adult romance full of heat from USA Today, Wall Street Journal and #1 Amazon bestselling author Ivy Smoak, is available now!

I’ve never been kissed.

I know…it’s a huge problem.

It all started because I fell in love with my best friend, Axel Stevens. I decided to save my first kiss for him. But…he didn’t fall in love with me back.

For the first time in years, he’s finally single though. And I have the perfect plan.

I reinvented myself over the summer. I’ve ditched the glasses, upgraded my wardrobe, and I’ve finally mastered the perfect strut in heels.

I’m going to walk into Empire High on my first day of senior year and win him over once and for all.

My plan is flawless. You have my word – I’ll be wearing his varsity jacket by the end of the day.

Fingers crossed I can seal it all with my first kiss.

Renee’s Five Star Review  I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
Get ready to really laugh out loud and experience your awkward high school experiences all over again and right along with Scarlett. James and Penny are now the parents of teenagers and James has that entire overprotective thing going on. Scarlett is such a relatable characters too and I loved that the most about her and this poor girl has been saving her first kiss for her best friend who she is in love with and has been for as long as she can remember. She does however have strict parents but somehow managed to reinvent herself over the summer and she has big plans to have Axel’s varsity jacket over her shoulders by the end of the first day of school. I loved every single second of this book. It was so great to see character’s we all love again. This was a great little read that I really loved reading.

Excerpt

We had both stopped dancing. I stared up at him. Jacob stepped forward, closing the small distance between us. And it seemed like I wouldn’t even have to be the one to kiss him. I held my breath. Because I was pretty sure he was about to make the first move. “Scarlett, a word?” Axel yelled over the music. I turned to see him glaring at me. “We’re dancing.” I shimmied to get my point across. His eyes dropped to my chest for just a second. If I’d blinked I would have missed it. “Now,” he said. Now? Seriously? I didn’t have to listen to him. “I’m busy.” I dipped it low and slowly rose back up and Sophie spanked my butt. I laughed. And then I was somehow upside down.
