I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is the story of Holt and Tallie. These two were high school sweethearts. He was also best friends with is brother. The day he finds out he is accepted into pilot school, he knows that he is one step closer to giving Tallie the life they have both dreamed of. However, when he goes to tell her he finds out that their world has been imploded because her father has sent her to Paris to an art school. They have not seen each other in eight years. But that is all about to chance. Tallie is back and beginning to realize her dreams of opening her own art studio. She knows why her father ripped her and Holt apart and while she is angry there is a lot to unwrap here for both of them. The moment they see each other again for the first time in eight years, it was nothing short of shock and awe. That’s all I can tell you. You need to unwrap all that this book holds for yourself. I loved reading it. It surprised me. It shocked me. It made me mad. I loved it though and you will too.
