Genre: Dark Romance
Release Date: February 28, 2022
BLURB
Favors and debts. Blood and sacrifice. The good and the bad. I can’t have some and not the rest.
I can’t have it all.
This place and these men have seeped into me, and not even my blades can cut them out. But Rook, Corvus, and Grey aren’t the only ones keeping me up at night.
There’s Diesel St. Crow, an imminent gang war, and an anonymous shadow from my past. Each one clinging to my bones as irrevocably as my own shadow. Any of them could be the end of me unless I do something about it.
It’s time for me to show them I’m not a toy to be played with. I’m not just Ava Jade Mason anymore. I am Sparrow. I am Ghost. I am motherf*cking AJ. I am the queen they’ve all been waiting for.
And what do queens do?
It’s time for some new rules in Thorn Valley, and I’m going to be the one making them.
Twisted Games is book three in the Boys of Briar Hall series and should be read after Wicked Trials. It’s a reverse harem romance, meaning the main character will have more than one love interest and she will not have to choose between them.
Warning: This series contains foul language, graphic depictions of gang violence, references to past trauma, and jealous/possessive themes. Please read responsibly.
Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
T

his is the third book in the Boys of Briar Hall series. You have to read Crooked Crows, and Wicked Trials first or you will be really lost. This too is a dark reverse harem romance. Well I might say darkish. It does have a lot going on in it and I will warn you that your not going to be able to put it down once you pick it up.
We start right back where we were the Ava Jade saved Becca and was so mad at the Crows. She helps her friend who betrayed her and I am telling you now that that is the moment you know what kind of person Ava Jade really is. I mean you know but you really really know after so many of the first chapters in this book. Now she has a whole other lot of things to deal with. The boys, their dad, and a unknown kind of stalker or enemy or whatever he is. If you have been reading this series the you know all that our Ava Jade is going through and what she has to face. But don’t think she will be doing it alone she has her boys with her and will be winning over all the Saints soon. I don’t want to tell you anything about anything that goes on in this book. I will tell you that it was probably hilarious to sit and watch me read this book though I must have said on no about a hundred times and no no no about fifty thousand but must of all I nearly through my kindle at the end of the book!!!!! What in the world was that. I have to say that is probably my own fault because this is the third book in this series and I assumed it was the conclusion of this book! I was wrong. So so wrong. Buckle up buttercups because this one gets wild and crazy and you will not be laying it down. I feel quiet certain you will probably react like I did many many times and all I can say it get comfortable. It’s a wild ride you never want to get off of!!! I’d give this book so much more than five stars if I was allowed to.

Elena writes stories full of feisty heroines and unforgettable heroes. She may also have a small thing for bad boys and often gravitates towards the darker things in life. When she comes out of her writing cave, she can be found obsessively rearranging her bookshelves, drinking an unreasonable amount of wine, or cooking overly fancy meals for her family and friends.
