I’ve watched her for years without her knowing. In fact, she thinks I hate her. Probably because I’ve worked hard to make her feel unwelcome. Wren knows I don’t want her in my family. At least not as my son’s wife. What she doesn’t know is the reason why. See, I want her for myself. It should be my ring on her finger, not his. When my son betrays her, I’m there to pick up the pieces. I can’t resist her any longer, but just because she isn’t his doesn’t mean I can keep her. After all, two wrongs don’t make a right.
Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is a forbidden romance. This is the story of Wren and Griffin. Wren is a married woman who is planning an anniversary surprise for her husband who is always working late and she is really hoping that this gesture will reignite the sparks that use to happen between them. She is married to Liam and he was her high school sweetheart and she knows in her heart that this is really going to be what they need to get the spark back. However Liam has been a very bad boy and betrayed her. In their relationship though she has lost herself. Become a person that she doesn’t even really recognize. He has taken so much for her and it was amazing to watch her get it all back a little at a time. Then we have Liam’s father Griffin. He has always watched Wren. During the time that they have been married he hasn’t been the nicest person to her. But, he has his reasons and the main one is that he is so jealous he can’t stand that his son is the lucky man that is married to Wren. He is with her after all when she finds out just what his son has been up to. She is through with her marriage and now is his chance. Will she be receptive to his feelings, or reject him so that they never have the chance that he has been waiting on for a long time? Well you have to read to find out. I thought these two were absolute fire together. I loved watching Wren find herself again and her finding support and a shoulder to lean on in the last man on earth she ever thought would be there for her. This book is really fast paced and I really loved how quickly it moved and we didn’t have to hang forever waiting to find out what would happen once she was betrayed. I say that but please don’t read that and take it to mean that it goes so fast your head is spinning. It is the best fast paced ever. If you are looking for a good taboo/forbidden romance then you will not ant to miss Two Wrongs.
