“Go on, Puppet. Let’s see if those sexy legs can run as fast as they can spread…”

Boneyard Tides, a dark why choose romance from USA Today & Wallstreet Journal Bestselling author Amo Jones is now available on Kindle Unlimited!

“This is book one in another sexy, tantalizing, thriller of a story from Amo Jones, the lady of dark herself, has outdone herself! I am so enthralled by the beauty of this place and the twisted web of its characters! I feel like I’m right there with Shiloh trying to figure out who is who! Who can be trusted, whose lying, but most importantly whose pulling the strings!” ~ Patricia Rohrs

Picture this…you’re sitting by the ocean, sipping your favorite cocktail. The sun is setting over your skin, the sound of waves crashing against the sand offers the perfect background music for the mellow reggae tunes that play through the salty air. Life is good. You have a best friend who seems to be a better friend to you than he is a boyfriend to his girl, your mom is calling your phone to ask what time you’ll be home for dinner, and your current “plaything” is too busy flirting with another girl in a desperate attempt to see if you care. Pathetic. But you don’t care because the sand is between your toes, your surfboard is freshly waxed, and you are one hundred percent sure that your life is perfect.

It was all perfect, right? Except Hades Hollow would never be perfect. This was a town built on old stories that were planted, grew, and eventually rotted here. It was a vicious cycle of rebirth. The stories would never die…not at least until the real one had been told. It all started with a game. The kind of trickery that poisons your heart because it knows the mind is weak.

One was my nemesis, a genre-meddling musician.

One was as scary as he was charming.

And one was a billionaire.

I mean, I knew that, right. I knew who they were…

I was about to find out the hard way that I didn’t know anything at all.

I’m Shiloh St. Claire. A daughter, a friend…and a liar.

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

I don’t even know that I know how to review this book. And I don’t know that I can honestly tell you that I even understood what I finished reading. This entire book is one big huge mystery and I don’t think that many people well I don’t think that anyone is really sure what is going on. However with that said I do know that this is about Shiloh who is a young lady living in Hades Hollow who loves to surf, or really just be near the ocean at all. When her feet hit the sand it really seems to soothe her soul. She has a boyfriend but their not serious really at all. Just someone to fool around with and pass the time. Her best friend has been her best friend for as long as you can remember and is a young man that I get the impression loves her as much as she loves him and he looks out for her the best he can. I wouldn’t think he was her Knight in Shining Armour but he does look out for her and they are together every single day. He is certainly a better friend then he has ever been a boyfriend to any girl he has ever dated. She did have a secret fling with his cousin Dion who is the towns shining star as he got out of there and made a career in the music business and is quiet the celebrity. And that is about all I can tell you that I know for sure is an actual fact. There are two more main characters and that is Malyk who is darkness everywhere he goes. Certainly unhinged and quiet the mystery. Finally there is Sparrow who seems to be the leader of something though I don’t know what but between the three of them they do seem to be meshed together and best buddies and so much more than what any of us realize I do believe. This book is about a game. What game you ask? Well, I don’t know. I’m not sure how it is played. I am not sure how many players or the rules or any of it really. Told in all their points of views at time, there is a lot going on and there are flashbacks that you just have to go with and stop trying to figure out what in the world is going on. But now I am hooked and this is the first book in a duet and I need to know what is going to happen next and what in the world is actually going on.

About Renee Henson

Renee Henson has an obsession with reading and reviewing. Especially anything that is a dark romance, fairy tale retelling, MC, and is trying her best to love the PNR worlds. Nothing is quiet as exciting to her as reading a good book and then talking about it or making comments while reading with her friends that have read the book too. She is always happiest with her kindle in her hand and her nose is a book. She has been reviewing for Stephanie's Book Reports for over ten years.
